Lady D

Born into a family of pastors, my relationship with God began at a very young age. Being a Christian has always played a significant role in my life. We had a very religious upbringing and background. Actually, I've only ever known this existence. My grandparents were also preachers, so it didn't only begin with my parents. This was our way of life, and it's where my passion for God comes from.

I remember some of our community members visiting my home for church services. I have seen God move in my life in ways that still leaves me amazed, from my days as young girl to now as a woman and entrepreneur. My whole life is a testimony!

My life encompasses several roles; at home, I am a wife to Bishop Themba Mzilikazi Khumalo, who is also my spiritual mentor, a mother to my children, a sister to my siblings and a daughter to my parents, who continue to serve as pastors. I am also a mining and motor-rail entrepreneur and the founder of the holdings company TS5 Mining Group, which manufactures and distributes mining services and equipment. The TS5 Mining Group has offices in Waterfall, Midrand, Johannesburg, and Burgersfort and Limpopo.

Like most ambitious and driven young people from rural places, I was determined to ensure that I obtained a certificate since I loved learning and did not want to let my surroundings dictate where I wanted to be in life. I obtained a Bachelor of Administration from the University of Pretoria in xx. Shortly after that I started tendering for various government contracts and general trading to raise capital to start a more sustainable business. Venturing into the male-dominated mining sector, I was the first young black woman in Limpopo to specialize in the conveyor belt manufacturing business.

God has seen me through everything that I have been through in my life, whether in business or personal I know that the plans He has for me are not to harm me but to prosper me. One of my favorite song is “Bophelo Ke Wena”, I love this song because it resonates with me and my calling in life. I believe I was called not only to serve God but to also bring His knowledge to people all over the world.

As the Senior Pastor and Co-Founder of Glory House, I oversee the church's operations alongside our devoted volunteers and am also responsible for the Women's Ministry. I really think that empowering women and young people is a part of my calling.

My ambition is to bring hope for a better life and prosperity to the young generation and women.

I look forward to welcoming you at Glory House!
